As a member of the Order of Knights led by the mysterious prophet Nemesis, York works to eradicate monsters with his fellow knights. While resting after a successful mission to defeat the leader of a band of monsters, York sees the city where his girlfriend is waiting engulfed in flames off in the distance... Having lost the love of his life in the worst way possible, York also finds himself kicked out of the Order of Knights. Then, one day, a man appears before him with a message.
“The woman you loved is still alive.”
