You can choose freely among monster tribes and classes, and build a party that best matches your style of play.
Special items also allow you change a character's class.
In the Field, you can also purchase additional Solitude Points.
Solitude Points can be used to purchase items which are otherwise difficult to get, including key items to enter special dungeons which are inaccessible from the standard storyline.
