プロローグ


It was a sudden and unpredicted event…
The human population was faced with extinction after a deadly strain of bacteria carried by a meteor crash landed on Earth. The "Achratoth," as it was called, nearly decimated mankind and those left alive following the first wave of the plague had no choice but to band together for survival.
Rallying the brightest minds they could muster, they succeeded in developing a particle shield able to stave off the Achratoth, and thus was created a massive dome metropolis known today as "Xilleon City."
The byproduct of their cooperative research, however, also led to accelerated developments in both android and medical technology, and even in the manufacturing of artificial foods capable of sustaining life. And before long, society once again began to prosper.
On the surface, Xilleon City appeared to be a utopian paradise free of problems, but beneath the facade of unity was a criminal network slowly entrenching itself into government and other facets of everyday life...
And so our story begins as one man suffering from amnesia appears in a quiet section of the city...
